Job Summary

This role involves leading a small team (2-5 inspectors) in performing mandatory electrical safety checks for customers, primarily focusing on portable electrical equipment. Based in Passau, the Lead Electrician ensures the electrical safety and quality of on-site inspections, contributing to a safe working environment within a future-proof industry. Day-to-day tasks include conducting the 'Electro-Check,' digitally recording electrical hazards and defects (such as insulation values or protective conductor resistance) using diagnostic software and a smartphone, and generating digital measurement protocols and error reports. The successful candidate will coordinate the testing process with the customer on site, manage the team's deployment, answer implementation questions, and maintain close communication with project management. Key qualifications include a completed electro-technical qualification and the desire to coordinate a team while maintaining diligent and customer-friendly service.
