Job Summary

This role as an Electrician Team Leader in testing technology, based in Lübeck, places you at the heart of ensuring electrical safety for customers. Day-to-day, you will perform essential electrical safety checks on portable equipment, digitally record any defects or hazards using specialized diagnostic software, and generate required measurement protocols and error reports. A key component of this role is leadership: you will coordinate a small team of 2-5 testers on site, align testing procedures with customers, and serve as the primary point of contact for execution questions, while also coordinating closely with project management.
