Job Summary
This role involves taking a central, responsible position in the technical support and development of electrical systems, including associated remote control technology, within the renewable energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include the planning, organization, and execution of maintenance, fault clearance, and troubleshooting for high and medium-voltage electrical systems like substations, network stations, and generation units (wind/solar). A key focus is on SCADA integration, involving the setup and commissioning of communication infrastructures, signal testing, and the ongoing development of remote control technology (VPN, protocols, routers). The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering, profound knowledge of high/medium voltage technology, and experience with SCADA systems and network technology. Excellent German and good English skills are required, along with a high degree of safety awareness and willingness to travel.

Education
Completed technical education (e.g., Electrical Technician, Master Craftsman, or University degree in Electrical Engineering)
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing maintenance and fault clearance on electrical systems (substations, network stations)
- Professional experience in fault diagnosis and remote control technology
- Experience in the setup and commissioning of communication infrastructures
- Experience in resource planning and coordination of external service providers
- Experience with SCADA integration and network technology (advantageous)
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems (substations, transfer stations, transformer stations) (advantageous)
- Experience with protection technology (advantageous)

- Willingness to travel (including multi-day trips); Driver's license Class B (ideally BE); Residence in Berlin or surrounding area; Ability to work at heights (Höhentauglichkeit); Operating authorization for work/lifting platforms (desirable); Switching authorization for medium or high voltage (desirable).
