Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious (Junior) HR Implementation Consultant keen on driving the digital transformation of Human Resources processes across various companies, from mid-sized businesses to large corporations. You will serve as the central point of contact for clients, managing HR software implementation projects from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing existing HR processes, translating complex HR requirements into technical workflows, ensuring accurate process mapping, and advising clients on optimizing their use of new HR software solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and the ability to proactively take ownership of projects. Success in the first six months is measured by taking on initial project leadership responsibilities and confidently guiding clients through the software's core functions, supported by a motivated team dedicated to advancing the German HR market.

Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or comparable field)
Experience
- Initial professional experience through various internships in the HR sector
- Experience working in a digital HR setup
- Experience in project leadership (goal for first six months)
