The core responsibilities include comprehensive financial administration, such as processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger transactions, managing payments, handling cash book entries, and resolving financial discrepancies. A key focus is on regulatory compliance, including preparing VAT pre-registrations and compiling crucial documentation for annual financial statements. Candidates must be quick learners, capable of mastering new accounting software like DATEV or Simba, and possess excellent client communication and teamwork skills.
