Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the 'ZAP.OTHR – Future Academic Staff' project at OTH Regensburg, focusing specifically on the data-driven analysis of academic appointment procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to recruitment management, developing and implementing a dashboard system for data collection and visualization, and generating insightful reports from the analyzed data. A core function is deriving actionable recommendations to optimize existing processes. This position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or a related field, strong analytical skills, and excellent IT proficiency. Practical experience in KPI analysis and reporting is highly desirable. This is a part-time (50%) fixed-term position until June 2027, offering attractive public sector benefits and flexible working hours.
