Quality Management Representative / Quality Manager Compliance & Audit - Food, Feed & Supplements | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking strategic and operational responsibility for the integrated Quality Management System (QMS) within a leading EU supplier of microalgae-based food and feed ingredients. The Quality Manager will ensure compliance with certification standards such as GMP+ FSA, IFS Wholesale, and EU Organic regulations, specifically covering requirements for feed, food, and supplements. Day-to-day tasks include actively implementing the QMS, maintaining and updating the Quality Management Manual and related documentation, and independently organizing and supporting external audits by certification bodies and authorities. The position also focuses on operational quality assurance, conducting product controls in collaboration with accredited laboratories, and driving continuous improvement (CIP) through process and complaint analysis. The ideal candidate is a decisive, assertive team player with a background in quality management for food or feed, possessing fluent English skills for external communication.
