Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT professional to take on the technical leadership of the IT Infrastructure Team within a forward-thinking housing association deeply involved in digitalization. The core mission involves ensuring the smooth, reliable operation of all IT systems and driving strategic development to optimize processes for both tenants and employees. Day-to-day tasks include project management (planning and execution of infrastructure and software projects), maintaining high availability of systems, coordinating external service providers, and managing 1st to 3rd-level support. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge in infrastructure and networking, proven project management skills, and leadership capabilities, coupled with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training/experience as an IT Specialist.
