Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and configuration of various IT endpoints, including desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and providing support for mobile hand scanners. Key day-to-day tasks involve analyzing IT landscape disruptions, developing solutions collaboratively, and meticulously documenting all activities within the service management system. This position requires a technical background, strong knowledge of client hardware, and practical experience with Windows 10/11 and centralized software distribution. The role is initially structured as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, offering 30 days of vacation and flexible working arrangements.
