Job Summary

This role as a Component Engineer in Deggendorf is central to managing and evolving the electronic component portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current and complete data within the PLM system, ensuring technical documentation is up-to-date, and reliably documenting all component changes. Day-to-day tasks involve creating new electronic components in the PLM system based on developer specifications, updating technical documentation, and monitoring the component database for manufacturer changes or discontinuations. This position requires a technical background, experience with electronic components and their specifications, and proficiency with PLM/PDM systems. Collaboration with internal departments like Development, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance is key to ensuring the quality, availability, and sustainability of the company's products.
