Job Summary

This pivotal role at HOCH3 focuses on integrating high-quality architectural and engineering services with advanced digital and AI-driven workflows. The IT and AI Expert will be responsible for both managing the existing IT infrastructure (networks, cloud services, and workplace systems) and driving practical AI implementation across departments like Architecture, Project Management, and Administration. Key tasks include coordinating external IT providers, analyzing current processes for automation opportunities (e.g., document processing, knowledge management), and selecting and implementing suitable tools, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform). The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or Data Science, strong Microsoft 365 proficiency, and the ability to develop low-code/no-code solutions or scripts (Python/PowerShell) to ensure efficiency, transparency, and genuine utility, moving beyond mere buzzwords to deliver real business value.
