Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Fitter specializing in generator production in Erfurt, Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the hands-on assembly of various components onto generator parts, including performing precise soldering connections. You will also be involved in partially automated pre-fabrication, specifically processing runner coils, and performing necessary mechanical adjustments such as reworking, deburring, and fitting components. A critical skill is the ability to confidently interpret and work from technical drawings. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechanic or Electrical Installer) and be willing to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
