Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Digital Analyst ready to take ownership of user behavior monitoring and analysis across all digital touchpoints (Web and App) for a major e-commerce platform. The core responsibilities include creating impactful reports and developing interactive dashboards using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Qlik to visualize critical KPIs. You will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive web data analysis, specifically focusing on the post-analysis of feature changes and conducting ad-hoc analyses. A key component of the role involves preparing necessary data foundations using SQL to query and enrich large datasets in database systems such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery. You will act as a vital analytical partner, supporting Product Owners, UX Designers, and the A/B Testing Team, and translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. The position requires strong expertise in Digital Analytics/Business Intelligence, proficiency with web analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field

Experience

  • Professional or practical experience in Digital Analytics or Business Intelligence within an E-commerce context
  • Experience in creating dashboards using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Experience in querying and preparing data in database systems (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) using SQL
