Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Manufacturing Planner specializing in electronics production, focusing heavily on soldering technologies, including wave and selective soldering processes. The successful candidate will be technologically responsible for product and process supervision, including planning, optimizing, and documenting manufacturing workflows, as well as procuring and commissioning new equipment. A key part of the job is managing New Product Introduction (NPI) into series production, requiring close collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production departments. Candidates must possess a technical degree and at least five years of specialized experience in electronics manufacturing, coupled with expertise in process analysis (Lean, Six Sigma), quality methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC), and strong project management skills. This position offers an attractive path to permanent employment with a major client in Rastatt.

- Experience in machine procurement (specification sheet, supplier management, commissioning)

- Professional experience in process analysis and improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
