Job Summary

This is a key leadership role managing and continuously improving critical ERP services, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and the Business Transformation Platform, for a global leader in specialty lubrication. The Team Lead will lead and develop a team of IT professionals, focusing on coaching and fostering a high-performance culture while assuming End-to-End Service Ownership for core SAP applications. Day-to-day tasks involve defining IT service standards, designing robust business processes, and managing complex integrations and change management activities. The successful candidate will drive project execution, delivering ERP projects on time and within budget, and actively control vendor relationships. This position requires strong SAP application knowledge, leadership experience in a multicultural setting, and excellent English communication skills, offering flexible work models and international growth opportunities.
