Job Summary
This role seeks an enthusiastic System Integration Specialist to join the Information Technology Department of the City of Westerstede. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for municipal employees facing IT problems, ensuring smooth operations through effective user support. Core responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, and actively supporting the maintenance and administration of the network and server infrastructure within the highly available, modern data center. The position also involves managing mobile devices and event technology, alongside thorough process documentation. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent.
