Job Summary
This role involves working as an Electrical Engineering Specialist or Technician within the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation (SPSG) in Potsdam, focusing on maintaining and modernizing historical buildings and gardens. The specialist will be responsible for managing construction projects related to electrical systems, developing and implementing energy-saving concepts, and securing necessary budget funds for planning, construction, and maintenance activities. Key duties include overseeing the maintenance, repair, and expert inspection of electrical systems, and creating technical reports. The ideal candidate holds a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, possesses knowledge of high-voltage systems, safety, object protection, information, and communication technology, and has foundational knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MCR).
