Job Summary
This role involves the planning, development, and implementation of electrical engineering projects, specifically within the energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include creating circuit diagrams, performing network calculations, selecting appropriate components adhering to standards, and integrating protection and control technology. The engineer will coordinate with grid operators and various trades, analyze faults in power distribution networks, and work on optimizing energy efficiency and network stability. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, professional experience in the field, and strong knowledge of circuit diagram creation, CAD software (such as AutoCAD), network calculation, protection technology, and medium/high voltage systems.
