Job Summary

This role is ideal for a communicative and organized R&D Specialist looking to contribute to new product development within a dynamic Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment in Hamburg. You will be directly involved in developing personal care products, collaborating closely with marketing, project management, and production facilities across Europe. Day-to-day tasks include supporting product development, managing external testing, and completing Product Information Files (PIF). A significant part of the role involves regulatory compliance, including maintaining ingredient lists (e.g., Cosmile), evaluating product documentation (safety data sheets, raw material specs), and ensuring compliance with European cosmetic and packaging regulations (PPWR). Additionally, you will handle consumer inquiries and complaints, including Cosmetovigilance reporting.
