Job Summary

This critical role involves the operational implementation and continuous development of the international Corporate Compliance Management System (CMS) for a world leader in industrial exhaust air purification technology. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating internal audits across various global business units, conducting continuous compliance risk analyses, and evaluating business processes against compliance standards and efficiency within the Internal Control System (ICS). The manager will consolidate audit findings to derive practical recommendations for the management team, advise specialist departments on compliance matters, and develop effective control measures to minimize risk. The position requires a degree in Economics or Business Law and extensive professional experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management, coupled with negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
