Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Product Manager specializing in prescription (Rx) ophthalmology products to join the German subsidiary of a leading European independent pharmaceutical company in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product and portfolio strategies, including comprehensive market trend analysis, competitive assessment, and strategic oversight of the entire product lifecycle, from launch to maturity. Key day-to-day activities involve developing innovative multi-channel communication strategies utilizing both digital and traditional platforms, managing budgets, and organizing professional events for stakeholders. The position requires strong collaboration with internal departments (Regulatory, Medical, Sales) and international colleagues, alongside building crucial relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and physicians. Candidates must possess a relevant degree, multi-year experience in Rx product marketing, and excellent proficiency in both German and English, coupled with strong analytical and creative thinking.
