Quality Inspector / Materials Tester | Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) / Werkstoffprüfer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is a critical Quality Inspector and Materials Tester position for a globally leading mechanical engineering manufacturer based in Crailsheim. The primary responsibilities include performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on components, specifically utilizing Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Daily tasks involve preparing test samples, executing inspections, meticulously documenting test results, creating required certificates, and evaluating findings against internal and external specifications. A key function is identifying and reporting material defects and deviations, requiring close collaboration with the production and quality management teams to ensure and optimize material quality. Candidates should possess a background as an Industrial Mechanic or equivalent, ideally supplemented by certifications in MT1 and/or UT1. SAP knowledge and a crane license are advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position offering intensive onboarding and a friendly, supportive work environment.
