Job Summary

This role involves operating and continuously improving the company's critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, focusing heavily on modern cloud identity solutions. The specialist will manage the IAM landscape, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). A core responsibility is implementing and automating identity lifecycle processes, such as joiner/mover/leaver flows and defining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) based on the principle of least privilege. The ideal candidate possesses several years of hands-on IAM experience, deep knowledge of identity protocols like SAML and OAuth2, and proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation. Furthermore, the role requires supporting compliance assessments (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR) and broader Cybersecurity initiatives, demanding a structured, security-focused approach and strong communication skills in English.
