Job Summary
This role is for a skilled Quality Inspector specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within the critical aerospace sector, focusing on manufacturing and maintaining components for civil and military applications. Day-to-day tasks involve performing detailed ultrasonic testing (UT) using both immersion and contact techniques on engine components. The inspector is responsible for visually checking parts for deviations pre- and post-processing, interpreting complex UT results via A-, C-, and D-scans, and ensuring all findings are meticulously documented within the quality system according to established NDT guidelines. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Materials Tester, Industrial Mechanic, Precision Mechanic, or an equivalent technical qualification. Strong German and intermediate English skills are required, along with a willingness to work in shifts. This position offers an attractive salary package and significant financial incentives, including a sign-on bonus.
