This role involves leading the technical sub-project for Signalling, Telecommunication, and Electrical (STE) systems within the critical VDE 8.1 railway expansion project between Nuremberg and Bamberg. The Sub-Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, budget, and timely execution of the STE scope. Key daily tasks include leading and coordinating diverse project stakeholders, such as planning teams, site supervisors, procurement, legal departments, and external contractors. A crucial part of the job is active risk and opportunity management, implementing countermeasures, and maintaining project data using tools like iTWO. Candidates must possess a university degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in the STE sector, and profound knowledge of German Contract Law (Vertragsrecht) and the HOAI fee structure.
