Job Summary
This role involves serving as the Deputy Head for the Central Services Department within the City of Dorfen administration, focusing heavily on organizational development and digitalization. The incumbent will be responsible for deputizing for the department head, providing expert support to the Social Welfare Office and the Mayor’s Office, and managing key administrative functions. A major focus includes planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, specifically expanding electronic file management. Key requirements include a strong background in public administration (equivalent to a Public Administration Specialist or similar degree), excellent IT understanding, experience in grant/subsidy matters, and strong organizational and strategic thinking skills. Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) qualification or a degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH) 3rd qualification level) or an equivalent degree in Administration and Finance.
