Job Summary

Join a growing, interdisciplinary team as an (Senior) AI Consultant, focusing on implementing digitalization projects with an AI focus for public and health sector clients. This role involves deep diving into AI-related topics such as RAG pipelines, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and vector/graph databases. Day-to-day, you will advise clients on AI potential and use cases, analyze data perspectives, and conceptually develop input-output models to solve complex problems. You will design value-adding solutions, whether ML-based, GenAI, or rule-based, concentrating on automating administrative processes and contributing to the state's future viability. Success requires professional experience in Data Science (ML or GenAI), knowledge of AI platform architecture (Cloud vs. On-premise), and hands-on experience with data preparation, RAG pipelines, and MLOps/DevOps concepts. You must be able to communicate complex technical matters clearly to non-experts and possess very good German language skills.
