Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced (Senior) AI Consultant to drive digitalization projects, primarily within the Public and Health sectors in Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on AI potential and use cases, analyzing data landscapes, and conceptually developing input-output models to solve complex problems. The consultant will design impactful solutions, whether ML-based, GenAI, or rule-based, focusing on automating administrative processes and contributing value to the future viability of the state. The role requires hands-on involvement in implementing solutions within multidisciplinary teams (with developers, project managers, and DevOps specialists) and advising on necessary components and AI platform architecture (Cloud vs. On-premise). The ideal candidate is an AI enthusiast with a background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, excellent consulting skills, and a strong interest in public sector digitalization.
