Job Summary

This role involves serving as a planning engineer for the Traunstein Water Management Office, focusing on the preparation, planning, and implementation of crucial flood protection projects along wild streams. Day-to-day tasks include technical project processing, project organization, securing financing, and managing the tendering and awarding of engineering services. A key part of the job requires conducting field inspections in steep and inaccessible wild stream catchment areas.
