Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stable, operational integrity of a sovereign cloud platform, acting as a key service partner focused on data processing within Germany. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for hands-on maintenance of the physical infrastructure at the Frankfurt am Main data center. Daily duties include installing, replacing, and repairing various hardware components, as well as managing copper and fiber optic cabling systems. A significant part of the job involves performing hardware diagnostics and executing necessary break-fix measures to minimize downtime. The technician will operate within a structured, ticket-based environment, requiring close coordination with internal teams, and will assist with inventory and asset management processes. Candidates need a completed technical education (e.g., Mechatronics or Electronics) and at least one to two years of technical experience, along with good written and spoken German and English skills.
