Job Summary

This role involves driving the digitalization of information processes within contractual medical care, focusing on developing and negotiating user-friendly, low-bureaucracy digital processes for prescriptions, certificates, and referrals. The Specialist Consultant will serve as the primary contact for the Practice Barometer Digitalization and short surveys conducted by the KBV, coordinating internal and external alignment, and analyzing survey results. A key responsibility is organizing doctor panels to facilitate exchange with practicing physicians. Furthermore, the consultant will be part of a team responsible for the electronic health card and health insurance card topics, ensuring national framework contract documents are up-to-date and negotiating adjustments with the GKV-Spitzenverband. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Economics, or Business Informatics), strong expertise in the German healthcare system, excellent data analysis skills (especially Excel), and proven project management experience.
