Job Summary

This role involves specialized planning and project management for critical security and fire alarm systems within buildings and properties, focusing on hazard detection systems (GMA). Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning of fire alarm, intrusion detection, voice alarm, and video surveillance systems, alongside creating technical security concepts, execution documents, and performance specifications. The Specialist Planner/Engineer will also manage projects autonomously, contribute to planning teams, and potentially oversee construction (site management) for planned trades. Candidates should hold an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology, or possess significant professional experience in engineering projects, ideally within security technology. Knowledge of relevant German regulations like HOAI and VOB is beneficial.
