Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Engineer to support the Plant Manager in the operational day-to-day business of a modern, innovative concrete goods manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in optimizing and implementing modern and efficient production processes, focusing on cost control, resource deployment, and output monitoring. Key responsibilities include analyzing current processes, contributing to the long-term site development strategy, and preparing and executing investment decisions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering (such as Process, Civil, Production, or Mechatronics) and brings a high degree of self-reliance, analytical thinking, and precision in execution and documentation.
