Job Summary

The Sparkasse Bremen AG is seeking a dedicated Media Technician to join their IT Service core team, focusing on managing the bank's comprehensive media technology infrastructure. This role involves the full lifecycle management of audio, video, and control systems used in offices, conference, and event spaces—from planning and procurement through configuration and operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive AV monitoring, providing complex first-level support via phone and email, on-site diagnostics, and coordinating second-level processes and external IT service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a background in information and telecommunications technology or event technology, coupled with expertise in AV signal transmission, networking, and AV over IP. Success in this role requires a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving communication skills to ensure seamless technical support for critical meetings and internal training sessions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology, Information Electronics Technician, Specialist for Event Technology, IT System Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification.
