Job Summary
This is a critical leadership position focusing on the full project lifecycle management of wind farms across Germany, contributing directly to the success of the energy transition. The Team Lead will assume overall responsibility for the development and realization of wind park projects, overseeing all phases from permitting and execution planning through construction and commissioning. Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and coaching a motivated team while ensuring clarity on responsibilities, supporting decision-making, and managing complex interfaces. The successful candidate must possess strong technical and commercial project management expertise, experience in realizing complex energy or construction infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets. Furthermore, the role involves providing strategic input for departmental development and applying renewable energy expertise across various technologies, including PV and biogas infrastructure.
Required Skills
Education
Technical or economic degree (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies, Business Administration) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Experience in leading or managing complex projects
- Experience in the realization of energy or construction projects
- Professional experience in the Renewable Energy sector or comparable infrastructure (preferred)
- Established professional network within the industry (preferred)
