Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious (Senior) IT Support Specialist focused on providing 2nd Level support for the local IT workplace infrastructure and contributing to broader IT projects across Central Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and developing the local IT environment (Windows, Intune, SCCM), providing direct, solution-oriented support to users, and troubleshooting network, client, and workplace issues. The specialist will also handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of endpoints, assist in optimizing the network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) alongside the global network team, and participate in global rollouts and technology introductions. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), at least three years of professional experience in IT support or infrastructure, and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Intune, SCCM, and ITIL processes. Excellent German and English skills are essential for regular international team communication.
