Job Summary

This dual-role position in Münster involves leading the Software Development team while serving as the Deputy Head of the IT Department for a professional pension fund (Versorgungswerk). The successful candidate will blend technical expertise with strong leadership skills, actively shaping the IT future of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing a team of six developers and three trainees, driving the technical evolution of systems and processes, and ensuring high software quality and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on involvement in projects using modern technologies like C#, .NET Core, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React), alongside advising internal departments on process automation and software selection.
