Job Summary

This role involves joining the Apleona Nordost GmbH team in Arnstadt to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of electrical building systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating, servicing, and maintaining electrotechnical systems, troubleshooting faults, executing minor repairs, and overseeing technical supply facilities with a cross-disciplinary focus. A key part of the job is documenting faults, inspections, and maintenance reports, as well as coordinating external companies for repair work. The ideal candidate holds a completed professional qualification in electrical engineering or energy and building technology, possesses a Class B driving license, and ideally has initial experience in technical facility management.
