Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic team in food manufacturing and processing in Osterfeld. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of physical and mechanical analyses on food materials, including measuring density, moisture, grain size, and strength. Key daily tasks involve precise sample preparation, documentation of all testing steps, operating and maintaining analytical instruments, and performing sieve analyses and color measurements. The role requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards, involvement in process optimization, and the ability to accurately interpret and digitally record measurement results. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in food production and relevant analytical techniques, coupled with a high degree of responsibility and hygiene awareness.
