Job Summary

The City of Hildesheim is seeking a Project Management Administrator to join the Organization department, focusing heavily on the digitalization and optimization of municipal administrative processes. This pivotal role involves the operational implementation of digital connectivity across all organizational units, with a core focus on integrating a comprehensive Document Management System (DMS) throughout the administration. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-house DMS training, managing internal and external communications across various interfaces, and maintaining an internal DMS-Wiki. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Administrative Informatics or equivalent qualifications, coupled with knowledge of DMS application security and process automation. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma-FH, Bachelor) in Administrative Informatics, or qualification for the first entry-level position of Career Group 2 in General Services, or successfully completed Employee Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II)

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative processes (implied by public sector role)
  • Desirable: At least two years of relevant professional experience
