Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive master data management within the SAP environment across all corporate sites, focusing heavily on the automotive sector. The Master Data Professional will be responsible for creating and maintaining master data in SAP modules PP, MM, and SD, including vendor and customer master data, and managing material master data, bills of materials, work plans, and purchasing/packaging data. A significant part of the job involves global logistics planning during the project phase, including developing and implementing new packaging and logistics concepts according to customer specifications, and calculating associated logistics costs. The ideal candidate must possess solid SAP expertise, strong communication skills, and fluency in both German and English, coupled with a commercial or logistics-focused educational background.
Required Skills
Education
Commercial specialist training or comparable qualification; Advanced training (e.g., Technician or Master's degree) in Logistics is desirable
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP master data management is strongly implied
- Professional experience in logistics planning (global context) during project phases
- Experience with managing material master data, including BOMs and work plans
