Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Head of Administration to oversee and coordinate critical financial, accounting, procurement, and HR processes within the AWO Social Center Neuburg, a large social service provider supporting approximately 700 children, youth, and families. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing controlling activities across all service areas, calculating budgets, fees, and school expenditures, and optimizing overall business processes. Key responsibilities also include leading and developing the administrative team and driving ongoing digitalization efforts. Candidates must possess a business administration degree, ideally with a focus on social management or health economics, coupled with professional experience in the social economy, preferably with leadership background. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office, is essential for success in this varied and demanding position.

Experience
- Professional experience in the social economy
- Leadership experience (ideally)
- Knowledge of German Social Codes SGB VIII and IX (beneficial)
