Job Summary
This remote role involves providing essential First-Level IT Support to participants, lecturers, and internal teams within a multi-award-winning digital education provider. The specialist will ensure the smooth operation of digital learning offerings by addressing technical issues related to MS Teams, MS Office, login problems, and connectivity disturbances during live online courses. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining internal software applications, creating technical documentation and guides, and collaborating with the operations team to optimize technical processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), possesses strong proficiency in MS Teams and MS Office, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and service-oriented communication skills. This position offers a meaningful, varied role with 30 days of annual leave and full provision of technical equipment, all within a modern, supportive, and remote-first work environment.
