Job Summary

The Caritas Association for Stuttgart is seeking a dedicated 1st Level IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth technical operations across nine specialized departments. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, managing support tickets, and providing hands-on technical assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. A key focus will be maintaining the stability of the network and WLAN infrastructure and conducting essential security checks. You will also be responsible for training users on IT changes and participating in the optimization and expansion of the organization's on-premise IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, foundational knowledge of network technology, Windows, M365 Office, and the M365 Admin Center, coupled with strong problem-solving and empathetic communication skills.
