Job Summary

This role is designed for a service-oriented IT professional focused on maintaining and optimizing internal IT infrastructure. The IT Systems Administrator serves as the primary point of contact, providing friendly, solution-oriented 1st-Level Support to employees for all technical inquiries. Key daily tasks involve rigorous analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, often collaborating closely with external IT service providers to ensure rapid resolution of disruptions. Furthermore, the role encompasses comprehensive system maintenance, including the care of client PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, and the telephone system. The administrator will also manage IT infrastructure tasks such as the procurement, installation, and support of network systems, actively contributing ideas for modernizing the IT landscape. Successful candidates must hold a completed IT qualification, possess strong knowledge of Microsoft standard software, and demonstrate practical experience with PC hardware and network technology, coupled with strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset. This position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working hours.
