Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical operations of wind turbine assets to ensure high production availability and optimize both technical and economic performance. The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, defining and monitoring individual maintenance strategies, and maintaining machine logbooks using DNV Horizon Software. Key activities include performance monitoring, technical reporting, detailed fault analysis, and developing optimization concepts based on data analysis. The ideal candidate must bring at least five years of professional experience, preferably in the wind power sector, coupled with proven technical management skills. Strong proficiency in German and good English skills are required, along with the physical capability for working at heights and a willingness for occasional travel, making this an excellent opportunity to contribute expertise to the energy transition within a growing company.
