The Team Manager is central to organizational growth, responsible for driving corporate culture, setting strategic goals, establishing processes, and ensuring quality management within their area. A key component of the role is personnel leadership, including disciplinary responsibility, staff development, and contributing to overall personnel strategy. Day-to-day tasks also involve supporting project management activities, such as advising project leads, assisting with budget planning, schedule control, and ensuring accurate invoicing and project closure. Furthermore, the manager actively participates in business development and acquisition, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and cultivating customer relationships within the professional network.
