Job Summary

This Senior Cloud & DevOps Consulting Engineer role involves driving enterprise-wide Cloud Journeys, focusing on designing and implementing robust Cloud platforms for modern software development. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing Cloud-Native solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes, integrating new applications into existing landscapes, and automating build and deployment processes via Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires expertise in at least one major Public Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, Google), strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and proficiency in programming (e.g., Java/JavaScript). Success hinges on technical mastery combined with the ability to act as a Cloud Ambassador, guiding organizational change and addressing stakeholder concerns regarding the new Cloud mindset. The position offers significant technical and strategic responsibility within projects, operating primarily within the NRW region, emphasizing flexibility and continuous development.
