Job Summary

This key role involves ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of the IT systems for a modern industrial company and major bioenergy producer belonging to the international Mercer International group. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the independent administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Microsoft Active Directory environment, including servers, clients, users, and networking. A significant part of the role includes actively managing and implementing exciting IT projects within an international context, contributing to the standardization of global IT infrastructure, and evaluating/implementing future-oriented, cloud-based services. The ideal candidate must have completed training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or possess relevant professional experience, coupled with expertise in Windows Server/Client, networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and PowerShell scripting for automation.
