Job Summary

This role as a Communications Electronics Technician in Oberkochen focuses on maintaining and optimizing complex electronic systems. Daily responsibilities include performing detailed error analysis and repair on various systems and devices, refurbishing exchange modules and used equipment, and conducting crucial tests supporting development, Life Cycle Engineering, and Quality Management. You will also be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing test fixtures and systems, implementing modifications to electronic components, and collaborating closely with Service Training and 2nd Level Support. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education, such as an Information Electronics Technician or Radio and Television Technician, coupled with professional experience in service and repair. Essential technical skills include deep knowledge of camera and video signal technology, proficiency with various operating systems (Windows XP+, Linux, server environments), network technology, and expertise in microcontroller and software programming, including CAN-Bus technology. This position offers a competitive starting salary of up to €4,975 gross per month, excellent benefits including 30 days of annual leave, and the strong prospect of transitioning from a temporary contract to permanent employment.
